Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Full time 36 – 40 hours per week
Job Location: Swanton, OH
Job Summary: Assist customers by opening new accounts and provide clerical support.
Job Duties: Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service, coach staff members on service skills. Provide efficient and courteous customer service, cross-sell products and services to generate new business for the bank and FM Investments. Open deposit accounts, answer phones and direct to appropriate person. Provide administrative assistance to officers.
Job Qualifications: An individual who has a high school diploma and one to two years’ related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will best fill this position. This person will have the ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the bank. Knowledge of our bank products and services will be a plus and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with Navigator will be required.

Job Title: Float Teller – Part time
Job Location: Western Market Area which includes Indiana and Williams. Defiance and Fulton Counties in Ohio.
Job Summary: This person will work at various office locations and accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawal and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments. Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services.
Job Duties: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills that will be taught in sales training. Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions. Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected. Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary. Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems. Promote the bank's services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments.
Qualifications: A high school diploma and or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. A valid driver's license is required.
