Job Title:  Teller

Job Summary:  This person will accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawals and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments.  Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services. 

Job Duties: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills taught in sales training.  Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions.  Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected.  Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary.  Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems.  Run back counter processing system, balance ATM and other reconciliation as directed by supervisor.  Promote the bank’s services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments. Comply and satisfactorily pass tests regarding bank policy and regulations that apply to position.

Qualifications: A high school diploma and / or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Computer experience, customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Job Title:    Escrow Coordinator, full time

Job Location:   Archbold OH

Job Summary:   Responsible for managing the escrow process in relation to Home Loans. Perform various duties to insure the escrow process is accurately and efficiently managed.

Job Duties:    Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service.  Review or Complete initial escrow analysis in coordination with Processing to be delivered to borrowers at loan closing.  Complete escrow set-up sheets for new or transferred escrow accounts.  Complete loan maintenance request (set-up) for new or transferred escrow accounts. Complete daily/monthly manual distribution request to Accounts Payable from escrow accounts.  Verify that escrow requests have been completed accurately.  Complete billing request with local tax authorities and insurance companies.  Provide customer support and billing question support to escrow customers.  Monitor tax servicing and notify Asset Recovery and Home Loan Manager of delinquent taxes.  Monitor and pay all appropriate billing notices for Taxes, Homeowner’s (Hazard) Insurance, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI),  Flood Insurance,  Force placed Hazard, Force placed Flood, A&H (Disability),  CL (Life) (Establish electronic means of payment with each).  Complete annual PMI notification.  Complete annual escrow analysis.  Trial balance GL account (final balancing to be completed in accounting)

Pull monthly loan report and review for HPML.  Complete monthly reports as requested for Management.  Monitor paid off notes and refund of the surplus escrow balance to borrower(s).  Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulatory compliance that apply to position.

Qualifications:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Adobe Professional and Navigator/Director are preferred.  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.  A working knowledge of mortgage escrow accounts and the ability to quickly learn the requirements established by regulation surrounding the management of them.  Notary public and valid driver’s license required.

Job Title:   E-Commerce / Customer Service Support – part time

Job Location:   Operations Center, Archbold OH

Job Summary:  Support staff – answer telephone and internet customer inquiries, data entry.

Job Duties:   Functions primarily as support staff to assist customers with inquiries, product information and services requests via our telephone system and internet. Additionally, enrollment of new online users, set passwords and user ID’s, prepare mailings to customers, phone and email customer support for online banking, mobile banking and general customer support, data entry.  This person will use skills, taught in training to effectively sell bank product and services, comply and satisfactorily pass tests regarding bank policy and regulations, filing and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will best fill this position. This person will have the ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the bank. This person must have experience and knowledge of internet browsers, Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook and strong telephone communication skills.
