Job Title: Office Manager  -  Full Time

Job Location: Bowling Green, OH

Job Summary: The successful candidate for this position will sell Bank products and services while using the sales skills which are taught during sales training and serve as coach for office personnel. This position will oversee the operations of the office within the policies and regulations of the bank, including all phases from maintenance of the building and grounds to handling consumer and real estate mortgage loans. This person also assumes the responsibility of the office in regards to customer satisfaction, efficiency, accuracy and office profitability.

Job Duties: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Make customer calls to promote new business and create strong relationships with existing customers.  Interview loan applicants, analyze financial data and make loan decisions up to established limits of bank policy. Lead staff in our sales program and ensure that employees utilize skills taught in their positions.  Ensure that office is opened / closed for business in timely manner, establish office goals, handle customer complaints and counsel customers as needed.  Maintain and stay current on security policies and procedures, which include testing equipment.  Attend meetings and seminars as required, schedule and organize office meetings, supervise personnel and participate in community activities in order to increase the bank’s visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with computers – specifically Microsoft Windows applications, ability to read and interpret reports and financial data.  Experience in managing employees and excellent communication skills.  Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups and/or board of directors.  A valid driver’s license and notary public commission are also required.  The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Full time   

Job Location: Wauseon – Shoop Ave. Office

Job Summary: Assist customers by opening new accounts and provide clerical support.

Job Duties:  Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service, coach staff members on service skills. Provide efficient and courteous customer service, cross-sell products and services to generate new business for the bank and FM Investments. Open deposit accounts, answer phones and direct to appropriate person. Provide administrative assistance to lenders and back up as a teller. Account reconciliation, administrative assistance to executive management, assist with meeting minutes and materials as instructed, assist with training for new CSR’s.

Job Qualifications: An individual who has a high school diploma and one to two years’ related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will best fill this position. This person will have the ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the bank. Knowledge of our bank products and services will be a plus and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with Navigator will be required.

Job Title: E-Commerce / Customer Service Specialist

Job Location: Operations Center – Archbold, OH  

Job Summary: Functions primarily as a member of the E-Commerce Support staff to perform the day-to-day tasks related to the department.  Accurately and efficiently serves customers by providing phone and email support for Online and Mobile Banking and associated products.  Will provide sales and service support for Commercial Digital Products.

Job Duties: Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service. Effectively manage large amount of incoming calls and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.  Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.  Provide phone and email customer support for Online and Mobile Banking customers or other customer support calls.  Sell and support commercial Online Banking products to our commercial customers.   Assist the E-Commerce Manager in coordination and expansion of digital products and services.  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer agreements and file documents.   Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulations that apply to position.                 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures and software instructions.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively one on one or in a group setting of customers or employees of organization.   Valid Driver’s License. Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering high quality work under tight deadlines.  Must have high level of knowledge of mobile devices, computer operating systems and internet browsers. Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting experience a plus.  Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software.  Must have strong telephone communication skills.  Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Very detailed oriented and ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.  Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast moving environment and react quickly under pressure.

Job Summary: This person will work at various office locations and accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawal and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments. Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services.

Job Duties: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills taught in sales training. Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions. Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected.  Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary.  Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems.  Run back counter processing system, balance ATM and other reconciliation as directed by supervisor.  Promote the bank’s services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments.  Comply and satisfactorily pass tests regarding bank policy and regulations that apply to position.

Qualifications: A high school diploma and or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Job Title: Staff Auditor

Job Location: Main Office, Archbold OH

Job Summary: The Staff Auditor leads audits of complex bank functions. Makes recommendations to management to improve processes and controls. The Staff Auditor is also responsible for assisting the department in maintaining all internal audit policies and procedures.

Job Duties:  Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service.  Identify, evaluate and document the existing systems of internal control to determine the degree of reliance and for the purpose of determining the scope of the audit testing.  Complete audits of various bank functions within allocated timeframe in accordance with annual Audit Plan.  Work with Management and departments to create plans to resolve significant issues identified during audit review and monitor the issue to resolution.  Prepare written reports detailing audit results.  Meet with the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and effectively communicate results of audits. Make recommendations regarding methodology by staying current with Industry Best Practices or Standards.  Provide assistance in development of annual Audit Plan.        Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulations that apply to position.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily along with the following qualifications. Associates or Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience in auditing and/or banking field. A working knowledge of applicable policies and procedures, laws and regulations, auditing standards and accounting policies.  General knowledge of bank operations, lending and information technology.  Experience with Microsoft applications.  Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental and banking regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence.  Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, customers and general public.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to work with mathematical concepts.  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardizations exist.  Travel will be required for audit purposes and educational events, a valid driver’s license required.  CPA, CFSA or CIA are preferred but not required.

Job Title: Teller Supervisor - Full time   

Job Location: Butler, IN

Job Summary: This person will oversee teller activities, serve as the sales coach, maintain money supply in the vault and maintain vault security.

Job Duties: Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service, coach staff members on service skills and full utilization of BN Control. Monitor tellers to ensure compliance with financial institution procedures and policies. Ensure back counter processing is completed daily and totals remitted timely.  Ensure ATM is balanced and monitored.  Perform cash count on teller drawers, complete required documentation and reconciliation forms.  Schedule teller staff, review and approve time reports. Overall responsibility for vault controls and reconciliation.  Cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments.  Manage unusual transactions and answer difficult customer questions. Assist tellers in all aspects of their position.
