Job Title: Teller Supervisor
Job Location: Sylvania, OH
Job Summary: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills that have been learned in sales training. Oversee teller activities, maintain money supply in the vault and maintain vault security.
Job Duties: Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service, coach staff members on service skills and full utilization of BN Control. Monitor tellers to ensure compliance with financial institution procedures and policies. Ensure back counter processing is completed daily and totals remitted timely to Item Processing. Ensure ATM is balanced and monitor cash level. Perform quarterly surprise cash count on teller drawers, complete required documentation and reconciliation forms. Schedule teller staff, review and approve time reports. Order, ship and receive vault cash. Fill cash orders for tellers. Buy and sell money to and from the Federal Reserve Bank. Maintain vault security and teller alarm equipment. Open and close vault while maintaining dual control. Cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments. Manage unusual transactions and answer difficult customer questions. Assist tellers in locating cash discrepancies. Ensure coin sorter is balanced. Open and close the office for business in absence of managers. Sign cashier checks to approved limits. Ensure all teller stations are adequately stocked and ready for daily operations. Perform teller duties, as time and situation allows. Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulatory compliance that apply to position.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages the teller area. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Title: Part Time Teller
Job Location: Archbold, Woodland Office
Job Summary: This person will accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawals and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments. Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services.
Job Duties: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills taught in sales training. Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions. Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected. Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary. Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems. Run back counter processing system, balance ATM and other reconciliation as directed by supervisor. Promote the bank’s services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments. Comply and satisfactorily pass tests regarding bank policy and regulations that apply to position.
Qualifications: A high school diploma and or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Computer experience, customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
