Job Title:    Teller – part time 24-28 hours per week

Job Location:    Huntertown, IN

Job Summary:  This person will accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawals and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments.  Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services. 

Job Duties: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills taught in sales training.  Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions.  Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected.  Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary.  Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems.  Run back counter processing system, balance ATM and other reconciliation as directed by supervisor.  Promote the bank’s services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments.  Comply and satisfactorily pass tests regarding bank policy and regulations that apply to position.

Qualifications: A high school diploma and or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Computer experience, customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Job Title:  Teller Supervisor  - Full time   

Job Location:  Huntertown, IN

Job Summary:  This person will oversee teller activities, serve as the sales coach, maintain money supply in the vault and maintain vault security

Job Duties: Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service, coach staff members on service

skills and full utilization of BN Control.  Monitor tellers to ensure compliance with financial institution procedures and policies.  Ensure back counter processing is completed daily and totals remitted timely.  Ensure ATM is balanced and monitored.  Perform cash count on teller drawers, complete required documentation and reconciliation forms.  Schedule teller staff, review and approve time reports. Overall responsibility for vault controls and reconciliation.  Cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments.  Manage unusual transactions and answer difficult customer questions. Assist tellers in all aspects of their position. 

Qualifications: An individual who has a high school diploma and one to two years’ of teller and/or supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience will best fill this position.  This person will have the ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the bank.

Job Title:  Customer Service Representative (CSR)  - Full time   

Job Location:  Huntertown, IN

Job Summary:  Assist customers by opening new accounts and provide clerical support.

Job Duties:  Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service, coach staff members on service skills. Provide efficient and courteous customer service, cross-sell products and services to generate new business for the bank and FM Investments. Open deposit accounts, answer phones and direct to appropriate person. Provide administrative assistance to lenders and back up as a teller.

Job Qualifications: An individual who has a high school diploma and one to two years’ related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will best fill this position. This person will have the ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the bank.  Knowledge of our bank products and services will be a plus and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with Navigator will be required.

Job Title: Home Loan Processor I

Job Location: Main Office, Archbold

Job Summary: Responsible for reviewing and ensuring accurate early disclosures and fees of home loan files. Meet delivery deadlines of disclosures to the customer or loan originator. Establish and maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers.

Job Duties: Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service.  Review new home loan files submitted within 24 hours of receipt.  Verify the accuracy of data input of the loan application to ensure everything meets program and compliance guidelines. Review Loan Estimate and other disclosure for accuracy and send home loan early disclosures within the required 3 business days. Communicate with lenders regarding any discrepancies.  Complete document tracking screen in Mortgage Builder software according to procedures.  Prepare and send home loan re-disclosures due to rate locks and changed circumstance within the required 3 business days.  Process Home Loan denials and withdrawn applications.  Mail denial letters and notices within the required 3 business days.  Complete HMDA screens.  Maintain dialogue with loan originators regarding the status of loans.  Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer’s personal and financial information.  Completes any additional duties assigned by manager and assist staff and departments as needed.  Attend meeting and training sessions as requested.  Mortgage software back up to supervisor.  Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulations that apply to position.   

Qualifications: One to two years related experience and/or training. Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to learn new software.  Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures, ability to write reports, correspondence and to speak to groups.  Candidate will be able to calculate figures – interest, percentages, discounts.  Notary Public and valid driver’s license required.
