Thanks for visiting our F&M website. No matter how you want to bank with F&M we hope you find delivery channels that meet your needs. Whether you want to open accounts, apply for a loan, check balances, transfer funds, or pay your bills, you can do that online through this website! You can access your accounts by telephone (EZ Access) at 888-446-2451 or face to face service at any of our 19 full service offices throughout Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana; 18 of which have drive-up windows so you can bank from your vehicle or use one of our 33 F&M ATM's. We are trying to make it convenient to bank with the F&M and make it easy for you to be smart with your money.

F&M recently expanded into Hicksville, Ohio. We are very excited about this expansion. We purchased the Hicksville, Ohio branch office of First Place Bank. This addition fits well within the bank's "footprint", filling the space between our Defiance and Auburn offices while increasing our presence in Defiance County, Ohio.

F&M Bank is safe and secure. As a traditional community bank we did not cause any of the financial difficulties. In fact we have always had plenty of money to lend to qualified borrowers. We are always looking for more good loans, whether for individuals, businesses, or agriculture.

We do have FDIC insurance up to $250,000 per depositor and $250,000 for retirement accounts. If as a depositor these limits concern you we have available the CDARS program that will expand your FDIC coverage to $50 million.
