Job Title: Float Teller – Part time


Job Location: Western Market Area which includes Indiana and Williams. Defiance and Fulton Counties in Ohio.


Job Summary: This person will work at various office locations and accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawal and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments. Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services.


Job Duties: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills that will be taught in sales training. Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions. Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected. Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary. Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems. Promote the bank's services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments.


Qualifications: A high school diploma and or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. A valid driver's license is required.

Job Title: Office Manager - Full Time


Job Location: Angola, IN


Job Summary: The successful candidate for this position will sell Bank products and services while using the sales skills which are taught during sales training and serve as coach for office personnel. This position will oversee the operations of the office within the policies and regulations of the bank, including all phases from maintenance of the building and grounds to handling consumer and real estate mortgage loans. This person also assumes the responsibility of the office in regards to customer satisfaction, efficiency, accuracy and office profitability.


Job Duties: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Make customer calls to promote new business and create strong relationships with existing customers. Interview loan applicants, analyze financial data and make loan decisions up to established limits of bank policy. Lead staff in our sales program and ensure that employees utilize skills taught in their positions. Ensure that office is opened / closed for business in timely manner, establish office goals, handle customer complaints and counsel customers as needed. Maintain and stay current on security policies and procedures, which include testing equipment. Attend meetings and seminars as required, schedule and organize office meetings, supervise personnel and participate in community activities in order to increase the bank's visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with computers – specifically Microsoft Windows applications, ability to read and interpret reports and financial data. Experience in managing employees and excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups and/or board of directors. A valid driver's license and notary public commission are also required. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Computer experience, customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
