Job Title: Part Time Teller

Job Location: Swanton OH


Job Summary: This person will accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawals and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments. Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services.

Job Duties: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills taught in sales training. Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions. Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected. Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary. Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems. Run back counter processing system, balance ATM and other reconciliation as directed by supervisor. Promote the bank's services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments. Comply and satisfactorily pass tests regarding bank policy and regulations that apply to position.


Qualifications: A high school diploma and or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Computer experience, customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Job Title: Data Management / Item Processing Specialist - Full Time

Job Location: Archbold OH – Operations Center


Job Summary: Responsible for establishing and maintaining documentation of data and reporting protocols and assisting in the development and implementation of best practices for the management of relational databases and concepts pertaining to SQL Server and/or Oracle database management systems, first–line support for Item Processing, Remote Deposit (Web) Capture and Director Image Management Application; including the assurance of database policies and procedures, data integrity, data extraction, report customization and analysis. Supports Item Processing and Operations staff by providing technical support and troubleshooting.


Job Duties: Maintain database and enforce standards and controls. Manage and provide technical support in regards to OnBase / Director. Additional responsibilities include reconciliation, balancing, managing calls and emails; written communication from customers, and office personnel. Coordinate upgrades and changes to item processing software/systems/procedures. Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service. Maintain and provide support to ATM projects and upgrades,


Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree from a two year college or technical school, with two or more year's related experience in Banking or Finance and or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong technical experience, knowledge of all current Microsoft Windows/Server versions and proficient with Microsoft Office 2010. Experience with OnBase/Director is preferred.

• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skill with the ability to work with both technical and no-technical users.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Work independently and collaboratively to accomplish responsibilities, goals and projects.

• Ability to interpret reports and financial data, experience in accounting, electronic funds transfers, and ACH transactions. Knowledge of bank technical operations, particularly related to system databases and computer programming. Experience with ATM programs and operations.

• A valid Driver's License is required.

• The employee must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds on occasion.
