Job Title: Financial Advisor
Job Location: Covers offices located in Perrysburg, Swanton, Delta, Wauseon and Napoleon, Ohio
Job Summary: Sell investment products including but not limited to stocks, bonds, mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities and life insurance.
Job Duties: This person will sell investment products, generate and maintain a marketing program for designated market area. Cross sell products and services offered by The Farmers & Merchants State Bank. Attend office meetings with staff with a focus on sales generation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least four years of Investment Management and/or sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers and the general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages. The following certification, licenses are required: Series 7 and 63 License, Life, Accidental and Health Insurance License. Series 24 license or obtain within one year of employment. A valid driver's license.

Job Title: Consumer Mortgage Loan Processor
Job Location: Archbold – Main Office
Job Summary: Review and evaluate loan requests for compliance to policy. Enter loan data into computer system. Assemble loan documents and verify for accuracy, completion and signatures.
Job Duties: Prepare general ledger entries, prepare and mail early mortgage disclosure documents. Order and review flood determinations, appraisals, title work and insurance for consumer mortgage loans. Prepare loan documents for consumer mortgages and Home Equity loans. Review returned mortgages for correct signatures, initials and documents. Prepare HMDA worksheet. Quote mortgage, commercial and agricultural loan payoffs.
Qualifications: High school diploma and one to three months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This person will have the ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the bank. This person will also have proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
