Job Title: Float Teller – Part time
Job Location: Western Market Area which includes Indiana and Williams. Defiance and Fulton Counties in Ohio.
Job Summary: This person will work at various office locations and accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawal and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments. Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services.
Job Duties: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills that will be taught in sales training. Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions. Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected. Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary. Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems. Promote the bank's services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments.
Qualifications: A high school diploma and or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. A valid driver's license is required.

Job Title: Audit / Compliance Clerk
Job Location: Archbold - Main Office
Job Summary: The successful candidate for this position will assist with routine Audit/Compliance administration duties as needed and provide overall audit/compliance administration support.
Job Duties: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service. Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulations that apply to position.
Assemble monthly requested files for Freddie Mac's Quality Control field reviews and submit packet by due date.
Follow-up monthly on missing documents for Freddie Mac including quality control verification letters, send verifications for signatures, receive and log. Perform quarterly Quality Control Freddie Mac audit on 10% of Freddie Mac loans made during the year and prepare quarterly IAM to be presented to Audit Committee. Prepare/maintain monthly Audit Issue Tracker reporting system. Take minutes at monthly Audit Committee meetings and prepare the Minutes to be presented to full Board of Director. Assist with audits of the Office Network by traveling with Internal Audit Staff to different offices throughout the year. Assist with other audits throughout the year by providing support needed for variety of tasks assigned. Assist with Administrative duties for Internal Audit Staff as needed.
Assist with CRA & HMDA data collection, reporting, and analysis. Assist with routine flood insurance follow-up and monitoring activities. Assist with compliance monitoring and review activities, data analysis and compilation, information updates, and follow-up activities as assigned throughout the year. Take minutes at Compliance/CRA Committee meetings. Assist with Administrative duties for Compliance Staff as needed.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily along with the following qualifications. High School graduate, experience with and efficient in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Valid driver's license is required.
