Job Location: Butler IN

Job Summary: Assist customers by opening new accounts and provide clerical support.

Job Duties: Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service, coach staff members on service skills. Provide efficient and courteous customer service, cross-sell products and services to generate new business for the bank and FM Investments. Open deposit accounts, answer phones and direct to appropriate person. Provide administrative assistance to officers.

Job Qualifications: An individual who has a high school diploma and one to two years' related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will best fill this position. This person will have the ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the bank. Knowledge of our bank products and services will be a plus and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with Navigator will be required.

Job Title: Part Time Teller

Job Location: Butler IN

Job Summary: This person will accept cash items from customers for deposit, handle withdrawals and deposits from savings and checking accounts and take loan and credit card payments. Cash checks within the limits of the Bank policies, cross sell and refer customers for various bank products and services.

Job Duties: Duties of this position will include but not be limited to: Sell bank products and services while using the sales skills that will be taught in sales training. Receive and issue receipts for checking, savings account deposits and other customer transactions. Cash checks in accordance with bank procedures and ensure that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected. Balance cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the Teller Supervisor as necessary. Make concentrated effort to solve customer problems. Promote the bank's services and cross-sell bank products, including FM Investments.

Qualifications: Qualifications for this position: A high school diploma and or one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Job Title: E-Commerce / Customer Service Support, part time position

Job Location: Operations Center, Archbold OH


Job Summary: Support staff – answer telephone and internet customer inquiries, data entry.


Job Duties: To function primarily as the support staff to assist customers with inquiries, product information and services requests via our telephone system and internet. Additionally, enrollment of new online users, set passwords and user ID's, prepare mailings to customers, phone and email customer support for online banking, mobile banking and general customer support, data entry. This person will use skills, taught in training to effectively sell bank product and services, comply and satisfactorily pass tests regarding bank policy and regulations, filing and other duties as assigned


Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will best fill this position. This person will have the ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the bank. This person must have experience and knowledge of internet browsers, Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook and strong telephone communication skills.

Job Title: Item Processing Specialist

Job Location: Archbold OH – Operations Center


Job Summary: Responsible for support of Item Processing and Operations. Expanding and coordinating upgrades for Item Processing and to provide technical support regarding Director, Item Processing, Web Capture, and Reconciliation.


Job Duties: manage and provide technical support in regards to Director, providing assistance and technical support in Item Processing and Operations. Responsible for reconciliation, balancing, managing calls and emails; written communication from customers, and branches. Coordinate upgrades and changes to item processing. Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service. Maintain and provide support to ATM projects, upgrades, and technical support.


Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from a two year college or technical school, with two or more years related experience in Banking or Finance and or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong technical experience, knowledge of Microsoft 2003/2008 and Windows 7 operating systems, and experience with internal databases and programs

• Strong communication skills, ability to effectively present information to individuals or in group settings

• Ability to interpret reports and financial data, experience in accounting, electronic funds transfers, and ACH transactions. Knowledge of bank technical operations, particularly related to system databases and computer programming. Experience with ATM programs and operations.

• A valid Driver's License is required.

• The employee must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds on occasion.
